The Millionaire Dog Club ("TMDC," "we," "us," or "our") is an entertainment and community platform operated by RB Digital Ventures LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. TMDC is a satirical, fictional universe in which dogs hold positions of wealth and power. All fictional characters, storylines, and narratives on this site are works of creative fiction and are not intended to represent real people, animals, or events.
The site includes community features such as member profiles, dog photo galleries, AI-generated content, contests, voting, and a newsletter. Access to certain features requires account registration and, for premium features, a paid subscription.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Free members may browse the site, vote in contests, and access the Breed Encyclopedia at no charge. Free members may register one dog profile with photo uploads.
Paid membership tiers unlock additional features including multiple dog profiles, expanded photo galleries, AI-generated portraits and backstories, and additional contest capabilities. Paid subscriptions are billed per season or annually as described on the Join page. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Founding Member status is limited and may close permanently once the founding round fills. Founding Members receive a permanent place in the Pantheon of Founders and all associated benefits for as long as their membership remains active.
Contests are open to residents of the United States aged 18 and older, or 13 and older with parental consent. One entry per person per contest. Employees of RB Digital Ventures LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.
All entries must feature your own dog. You must own or have rights to all photos submitted. Entries must be accurate — your dog's name, breed, and age must be correct. Entries containing offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content will be disqualified.
By submitting photos, you grant RB Digital Ventures LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display those photos on the TMDC website and in related promotional materials, including social media and newsletters, in connection with the contest and the platform generally. You retain ownership of your photos. We will not sell your photos to third parties.
Public voting is limited to one vote per entry per day. Vote manipulation, including the use of automated tools, bots, coordinated voting rings, or multiple accounts, will result in disqualification and potential permanent banning. We reserve the right to disqualify entries or voters we reasonably believe are engaging in fraudulent activity.
Prizes are as described on the relevant contest page. Cryptocurrency prizes are valued at the time of award and may fluctuate in value before transfer. No cash equivalent will be offered. Prize winners must respond within 14 days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to a runner-up.
All judging and administrative decisions made by TMDC are final and binding. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any contest at our discretion.
You are solely responsible for all content you submit, upload, or post on TMDC, including photos, descriptions, usernames, and profile information. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you submit.
You may not submit content that:
Paid members may use AI tools on the platform to generate portrait transformations and written backstories for their dogs. AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that AI outputs may be imperfect and that we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, style, or likeness. You retain the right to use AI-generated content produced using your own dog's photos, subject to the license granted in Section 3.3.

All original content on TMDC — including the Rich Dogs and Watchdogs fictional universes, character names, bios, storylines, site design, logos, and editorial content — is owned by RB Digital Ventures LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

The Millionaire Dog Club is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. All fictional content is for entertainment purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RB Digital Ventures LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of TMDC shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the site ceases immediately. Sections 3.3, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of TMDC after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
