Chester Boulderman started with nothing, built something, lost it, built it again bigger, and has no patience for people who treat the second part of that sentence as a footnote. His logistics company, Boulderman Freight, runs 400 trucks and employs 2,200 people. He knows most of their names. He is on the floor of his warehouse two mornings a week. He wears the same leather jacket he's had for fifteen years and a watch his father left him that stopped working in 2003 and that he has not repaired, because it reminds him of something.
