He reads everything. He forgets nothing. He speaks rarely and precisely. His recommendation carries more weight in the round table than any vote. He has declined the position of chair four times, citing a preference for observation over administration. Several members believe he actually runs the Conspiracy from a position of deliberate invisibility. Solomon has not commented on this theory.
